Do you offer Cash on Delivery Services?

Yes, we offer cash on delivery services within Pakistan, requiring a small security deposit.

Please note that we do not offer cash on delivery outside of Pakistan. If you are outside Pakistan, we kindly ask that you pay using a credit or debit card, as it is more secure and convenient.

Are there any additional charges for card payments?

Our checkout price is inclusive of all taxes and card charges. However, please note that your card provider may charge additional fees.

Cancellation and Modifications

Can I cancel my order after processing payment?

You can request a cancellation after processing your payment, but it will depend on the circumstances. If the order has already been initiated for processing, we will not be able to cancel it. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible if you wish to request a cancellation.

Can I request for modifications if my order is completed and ready to dispatch?

Modifications to your order depend on the specific materials and design elements. Once the core components are completed, changes to the pattern or shape cannot be made. However, you can request alterations to the leather color and stitching, though additional fees will apply. Please reach out to us with your request for further assistance.
